**DPS AUTHORIZED ROAD TEST**
All road tests will be taken using our Killeen Driving School cars
Teen Drivers (16-17 yrs old) – $50.00
Documents you MUST bring with you to take the road test
- Have a valid Learner’s Permit for a minimum of six months (see back of permit for date)
- Possess a valid DE-964 – see sample
- Must be “FOR DRIVER LICENSE ONLY” copy
- Note: For Parent Taught Driver’s Ed student – possess a valid Parent Taught DE-964 certificate. The classroom completion must be filled in and the Parent must complete the Laboratory (In-Car) Completion section and sign the Certificate.
- Impact Texas Teen Drivers (ITTD) Certificate – Click Here
- Must bring printed certificate
- The certificate of completion must be dated within 90 days prior to taking the drive test.
- Verification of Enrollment and Attendance (VOE) – Click Here

Adult Drivers (18-24 yrs old) – $60.00
Documents you MUST bring with you to take the road test
- Have a valid Texas learner’s permit
- Possess a valid DE-964 (Must be “FOR DRIVER LICENSE ONLY” copy) (see sample) OR ADE-1317 (see sample)
- Impact Texas Adult Drivers (ITAD) Certificate – Click Here

- The certificate of completion must be dated within 90 days prior to taking the drive test.
Adult Drivers (25 yrs old or older) – $60.00
